I had been searching for months for a Challenger SRT Hellcat in like-new condition and found out Town Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Wenatchee, WA had one. I reached out to Jorge Martinez, we worked out a fair deal, and I drove 5+ hours to check out the car. Not only was the car exactly as described, but during the test drive, Jorge treated me to coffee and a meal after my long commute! (He said he wanted me to have better coffee than what was available at the dealership haha) I finished the deal with Juan Rios, who made the process of signing for the vehicle quick and painless! Both Jorge and Juan were very polite and professional and they made my car buying experience a pleasant one! If the rest of the staff at this location are as good as Jorge and Juan, I highly recommend Town Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram!
I can't even express how amazing the entire service staff is, Doug Justin and Vanessa ! Doug have been amazing in everybsteo and its been a tuff one ! To the little things that really make a not so fun situation just awesome. You don't feel like a customer, you feel like it used to be back in the day when it was about how you were treated and valued rather than what place was the cheapest. Don't mess around with ya Ram peeps go see Doug and the crew. And if you don't own a Ram what are you doing ! Go by one from them.

My partner and I were looking for a truck for our son. We stopped by town dodge and were greeted by Angel Blanco. He was extremely nice and helpful. We told him what we wanted and what our budget was and he pulled up the perfect match. Angel was not only nice and polite he was not pushy as some sales people can be. We bought our son his dream truck! Angel even gave a courtesy text the next day to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Would definitely go back to him if in need for another vehicle.
